Sample programme
Day 1 – Forest and welcome
Gentle first walk through a forest of tonewood. Gradual immersion into an atmosphere of calm and slowness. Local meal and evening by the fire: the inner journey begins.
Day 2 – Walking, introspection and silence
Long traverse of alpine pastures, wild picnic, silent meditation by the river. A rare moment to reconnect with oneself. Evening on the theme of personal transformation.
Day 3 – Closure and integration
Slow sunrise walk. Return to the chalet and shared meal. Closing circle to anchor what has been learned. Gentle return, with energy and clarity.
The stay includes the following activities:
- Immersion in a rustic yet comfortable 17th-century alpine chalet
- Gentle hike through a forest of tonewood trees
- Guided activities to connect with oneself and the living world: mindful walking, spectacular views, writing, silence, wood fire
- Homemade, local, healthy and flavoursome cuisine, shared around the table
- An intimate group (6 to 10 people) for genuine exchanges and attentive guidance

The booking is considered final upon receipt of the registration and full payment. A confirmation will be sent by email or post.
Price and Payment
The price includes:
- Transfer from the train station to the chalet
- 2 nights in shared rooms (shared bathroom), room allocation on site depending on the group
- Full board with non-alcoholic drinks
- All mentioned activities
Payment is made by invoice before participating in the activity. No payment is accepted on site.
Special Public Transport Offer
Upon presentation of a valid public transport ticket corresponding to your package dates, the Park will reimburse the price of a 2nd class ticket from your home in Switzerland (or your point of entry into the country) up to CHF 80.00 per person and per journey.

Conditions and Cancellation
The cancellation conditions for participants are included in the Parc’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They are sent together with the registration confirmation and form an integral part of the terms and conditions of this activity.
All participants must have insurance covering non-occupational accidents.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or for any reason beyond its control, the Parc reserves the right to cancel the activity.
In the event of cancellation by the Parc, participants will be informed by telephone or email as soon as possible. Any amounts already paid (including hotel bookings or picnic purchases) will be refunded or can be used towards another activity.
Cancellation policy for participants: no fee up to 30 days before the start of the activity, 50% fee between 20 and 30 days before, 100% fee from 10 days before.
