A sensitive and professional guidance

Laurent Kern is a mountain leader, deep ecology practitioner, and facilitator of inner experiences. He guides with care through body practices, hikes, and meaningful conversations. His approach connects the body, nature, and questions of meaning.

Day 1 – Arrive, breathe, settle in
Welcome and installation in a simple and warm setting. Time to relax, meet the group, and anchor in the present. The pace slows down, attention softens. First evening exchanges around what inspires us.

Day 2 – Feel, explore, reconnect
A full day in the rhythm of the mountains, forest, and river – through gentle hiking, Qi Gong, and conscious explorations. Movement, breathing, silence, and nature become gateways to oneself, to others, and to the living world. In the evening, a sharing moment opens new understandings.

Day 3 – Be inspired, integrate, return
Immersion in a permaculture farm. Discovering another way of producing, thinking, and living. Collective integration time, local meal, closing circle. Returning nourished, grounded, with a full heart and a mind filled with new momentum.

The stay includes the following activities:

• Gentle hikes to attune to the rhythm of the landscape
• Mindfulness practices and deep connection with the living world
• Qi-Gong exercises to fully inhabit the body
• Exclusive visit to the Votre Cercle de Vie project, a model of regenerative agriculture
• Accommodation in a rural, family-run guesthouse
• Local and organic cuisine in collaboration with regional producers

• Comfortable and warm clothing, suitable for the weather

The booking is considered final upon receipt of the registration and full payment of the amount due. Confirmation is sent by email or by post.

Payment must be made by invoice prior to the activity. No payments are accepted on site.

Special offer for travel by public transport

On presentation of a valid public transport ticket corresponding to the dates of your stay, the Park will reimburse the price of a 2nd-class ticket – from your place of residence in Switzerland (or your point of entry into the country) – up to CHF 80.00 per person and per journey.
