The Coordination is responsible for the Park’s day-to-day management, including leadership, administration, and project follow-up. This multidisciplinary team of 14 permanent staff members is supported by interns and civil service personnel, representing a total of 12 full-time equivalent positions.The Coordination team is divided between two offices: one in Château-d’Œx, which hosts the administrative unit as well as projects related to nature, landscape, agriculture, awareness-raising, energy, and mobility; and another in Pringy, which focuses on tourism, products, and communication projects.
