From 11 July to 23 August 2026, a daily bus line connects the village of Charmey to the Gros Mont car park, serving 13 stops along the route.
An excellent way to access the Vanil Noir Nature Reserve with peace of mind, as well as numerous through-hiking routes.
The PostBus line Saanen – Mittelberg – Abländschen – Jaun operates from 2 May, with four return journeys each weekend until 25 October 2026, including public holidays and bridge days. In July and August, as well as from 28 September to 25 October, the bus also runs daily at the same frequency.
Between 9 May and 25 October 2025, the Charmey – La Valsainte bus line resumes service, with three daily journeys every weekend.
Partnership with Alpine Bus
To implement and promote these lines, the Park works closely with Bus alpin. This association organises seasonal bus services in more than 20 mountain regions across Switzerland, in collaboration with local stakeholders, making destinations accessible that were previously only reachable by car.
