From Montbovon station, the road leads to the hydroelectric power station and then along the left bank of the lake. After a picnic spot at the mouth of the Hongrin, the path spans the river over an old stone bridge from which you can admire three similar buildings from different periods. The fifth bridge is a few hundred metres further on. This one is covered in shingles. This is the start of a climb up to the banks of the Torrent. Once you have crossed the wooden footbridge, the Intyamon valley opens up to the north, under the watchful eye of the Dent de Lys and Moléson mountain ranges. Pass through the village of Lessoc, stopping at the church, the fountain and some of the characterful houses that make it such an exceptional place to visit. The tour of the lake is reached by a road that crosses the meadows and offers an excellent view of Montbovon.
